What do people buy when they buy something from you?
They buy my design and creative expertise. They also buy the opportunity to be part of the creative process. They buy an opportunity to connect with their target audience, learn new insights about them and foster community with the people they serve.

Leave out the easy, repetitive, generic stuff… What you are doing that’s difficult?
Creating a collaborative process that engages everyone on the same level is difficult. Organizing the who, what, where, and when if it all and making sure everything is captured. Getting organizations to buy into the process could be difficult as well. It can take time and patience. Also, I’m starting from zero, so I have nothing to show that I’ve done this before.
